Single-portion Treviso Tiramisù
INGREDIENTS
- Egg yolk - 150 g
- Mascarpone - 400 g
- Granulated sugar - 200 g
- Ladyfingers - to taste
- Coffee - to taste
- Cocoa powder - to taste

PREPARATION
CREAM: Combine the yolks and sugar in the stand mixer and let them foam. Then add the mascarpone and finish assembling the cream.
ASSEMBLY: Place the ladyfinger in the glass previously soaked in coffee, proceed with a first layer of mascarpone cream, add the ladyfinger soaked in coffee, another layer of mascarpone cream and complete the presentation with a sprinkling of cocoa.
