INGREDIENTS

  • Egg yolk - 150 g
  • Mascarpone - 400 g
  • Granulated sugar - 200 g
  • Ladyfingers - to taste
  • Coffee - to taste
  • Cocoa powder - to taste

PREPARATION

  1. CREAM: Combine the yolks and sugar in the stand mixer and let them foam. Then add the mascarpone and finish assembling the cream.

  2. ASSEMBLY: Place the ladyfinger in the glass previously soaked in coffee, proceed with a first layer of mascarpone cream, add the ladyfinger soaked in coffee, another layer of mascarpone cream and complete the presentation with a sprinkling of cocoa.
