Hausbrandt espresso milkshake with pistachio and whipped cream
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g espresso granita
- 1 Hausbrandt espresso
- 50 ml fresh milk
- 3 ice cubes
- Decoration:
- 50 g whipped cream
- 3 coffee beans
- 30 g pistachio cream
- 30 g pistachio grain

PREPARATION
Prepare all the ingredients inside the steel glass and insert it into the mixer seat, then start the mixer for about 30 seconds.
Decorate the rim of the glass with pistachio cream and grain, insert the mixed product into the glass and cover with whipped cream, strands of cream and coffee beans.
