A Treviso landmark is reborn with a touch of sweetness and the unmistakable aroma of coffee
A new chapter opens for the historic Hausbrandt café in Treviso: “Max Pasticcerie Caffetteria Hausbrandt” will be inaugurated at Corso del Popolo n. 48 on 9th November. A reopening that promises to be full of sweet surprises, thanks to the prestigious collaboration between the Hausbrandt Group, chaired by Martino Zanetti, and Max Pasticcerie of Master Pastry Chef Massimo Albanese, loved and recognized by the people of Treviso for its unique creations.
The former Bar Nazionale turns into an oasis of taste where the pastry-making tradition meets the excellence of Hausbrandt coffee. Confectionery lovers will be able to enjoy a selection of AMPI Master Massimo Albanese’s best creations including his award-winning Tiramisu, winner of the Cucchiaio di Cristallo (Crystal Spoon) and the Tiramisu di Treviso Award.
These sweet creations combine ingredients of the highest quality and notably the prestigious Gourmet coffee, an extraordinary blend of 100% Arabica coffee from the lands of Central and South America, as well as Africa. Its aroma envelops with delicate notes of hazelnut and vanilla, anticipating a refined flavor reminiscent of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and the freshness of citrus fruits, a unique sensory experience for espresso, cappuccino and other coffee preparations.
The collaboration between Max Pasticcerie and Hausbrandt strengthens the synergy between two entities that share the same values: passion, pursuit of quality and attention to the customer. Since 2014, with the opening of the Pasticceria Max Caffetteria Hausbrandt in Via Canova, Massimo Albanese has brought his experience and mastery in the creation of unique pastries, which perfectly complement the intense and enveloping aroma of Hausbrandt coffee.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new pastry shop will take place in the presence of the Mayor and the Authorities, testifying to the importance of the rebirth of an iconic place in the city, which is being renewed thanks to the passion and commitment of Max Pasticcerie and Hausbrandt.
