INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 54 g egg yolk
  • 69 g sugar
  • Ladyfingers
  • Coffee to taste
  • Cocoa to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Start by weighing the yolk, add the sugar and whip until you get a light cream.

  2. Incorporate the mascarpone and whip with electric whips until the cream becomes full-bodied. Proceed by soaking the

  3. ladyfingers in the previously prepared coffee for three seconds, taking care not to wet them too much.

  4. Place a pastry cutter on the plate and compose the tiramisu starting with a layer of ladyfingers and continuing with a generous amount of cream.

  5. Make another layer of ladyfingers and cream.

  6. For the final decoration, after removing the pastry cutter, decorate with a pastry bag with a few strips of cream on top of the tiramisu.

  7. Sprinkle with the cocoa and serve.
