PREPARATION

  1. The construction of the Coffee Tonic involves the construction directly in the glass, so it would be ideal to use an already cold glass.

  2. If this is not possible, you can cool the glass with ice cubes before proceeding with the construction of the cocktail. Take the glass, fill it with ice and pour in 1 espresso and 15 cl of premium soda water.

  3. After combining and cooling the ingredients with the help of a bra spoon, decorate the cocktail with an orange peel.
