INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 yolks
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Moka coffee to taste
  • Bitter cocoa to taste
  • Ladyfingers to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Start by lightly wetting the ladyfingers with coffee using a brush. Once you have finished this step, cut them into the desired shape using the mould at your disposal.

  2. Proceed now to prepare the cream: start whipping the yolks with sugar and, once the right creaminess of the yolks has been achieved, combine the mascarpone.

  3. Next, compose the first layer of ladyfingers inside the heart-shaped mould and, once done, create the first layer of cream on which you will sprinkle the cocoa.

  4. Compose the second layer of ladyfingers and repeat the process with the cream, which you will level on the surface using a spatula.

  5. Sprinkle the same surface with a thin layer of bitter cocoa.

  6. Now it's time to remove the mould and... to plate and invite to the tasting with the same Love used for the preparation!
